Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Bespoke and custom-commissioned pieces are non-refundable, as they are created exclusively for you.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

إذا وصلت قطعتك تالفة، تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة مع صور وسنرتب باستبدالها أو استرداد كامل.
المبالغ
تُعالج المبالغ المعتمدة خلال 5–7 أيام عمل إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية.
